Warranty
Decor Amora warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to the original purchaser.
Shipping Damage
We recommend inspecting your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photo evidence. We will replace damaged parts or the entire product at no cost to you. Shipping costs for verified transit damage will be covered by Decor Amora.
Manufacturing Defects
If a manufacturing defect occurs within one (1) year of purchase under normal installation and use, we will repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion.
What we will do?
Decor Amora will replace any defective product or part, free of charge, during the applicable warranty period. The warranty covers the product or part described above. This applies to defects in material and/or workmanship under normal installation, use, and service. If repair or replacement is not practical, we may elect to refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product. Replacement parts are subject to availability and may differ from those originally supplied.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper installation or misuse
- Damage caused by voltage outside 108–132 VAC (60Hz)
- Acts of God
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
We recommend professional installation by a licensed electrician.
How to Make a Claim
